There has been a change to the rally ride. There was concerns that the original ride was too long, especially for people riding from long distances to attend the rally. The chapter took a vote and decided to create a new ride. The ride is much shorter, allowing more time for people to relax and socialize at the rally.

While the Google ride map does start at Camp Taloali, this was only for convenance to help people make their way to the staging area Saturday morning. Riders will be expected to make their way, on their own to the staging area prior to the 0930 pre-ride meeting.

There are multiple gas stations in Stayton and a smaller station in Sublimity. The one in Sublimity is right next to the staging area. To save time, you might consider hitting a station in Stayton where there are more stations and won't be as crowded.

Mika will conduct a pre-ride meeting to discuss the ride, finalize details, expectations and safety. It's highly suggested that you are fueled up prior to the 0930 meeting to ensure you are there for the pre-ride meeting.

While we encourage everyone to stay in one group, we understand that people may want to ride their own ride, at their own pace and make stops along the way. Regardless, safety is the priority, we will be riding staggered and keeping safe distances between bikes.
